What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase (or delivery date). Receipt is required and exceptions to returns apply.
What items are non-returnable?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items including customized jerseys/apparel, sale & clearance items, dated event merchandise, and signed or authenticated collectible/memorabilia.
Who pays for return shipping fees?
Fans are responsible for return shipping costs when mailing items back. However, if you are making an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item back to you! For all defective or damaged items, we will send a return label once your request has been reviewed.
What condition must the return be in?
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
